Our Brands

The Zoo Health Club: Specializing in promoting health and fitness for people of all ages, the Zoo Health Club offer members distinctive products and services in a family friendly environment. The Zoo is a 24/7 access club but doesn’t need to be staffed overnight. The Zoo offers affordable monthly memberships, superior cardio and strength training equipment. Personal training is also a specialty at the Zoo Health Club.

Fit for Her: Is an exclusive Women’s Fitness Center offering Cardio and pin select strength equipment, free weights, fitness classes, massage chairs, sauna, tanning, dressing areas with showers, personal training and child care. Fit for her is open 7 days per week 24 hours per day.

Rejuvenate Fitness Center & Spa for Women: Is an upscale women only facility with state of the art cardio and pin select strength equipment, group classes and weight control programs. Rejuvenate offers professional one-on-one and small group personal training. Child care is an important part of the membership offering Moms a convenient and safe environment for the kids. The Spa services provide microdermabrasion, facials and glycolic peels and other non-invasive procedures.

Sedona: Is an upscale full service women’s only fitness facility. The Sedona Fitness clubs offer a South Western spa decor and offer a full array of cardio machines, pin select strength machines, free weights, benches, stability balls, bands and Group classes. One-on-one personal and group training is offered along with child care.

ShapeXpress: Is a 30 minute circuit training program for women using pin select strength equipment. 60 minute exercise classes are offered along with a separate area for cardio machines, free weights, benches, stability balls, bands and kettle bells for personal one-on-one and group training.

Liberty Fitness: Is a 30 minute circuit training program for women and consists of eleven recovery stations and eleven 6-level adjustable hydraulic machines. A separate area is designed for the cardio and strength equipment which includes bikes, joggers, stability balls, free weights, bands and benches.

Liberty Weight Loss: Is a weight loss center for both men and women. Weight loss is based on losing 2-3 lbs per week in a comfortable, convenient and non-intimidating environment. Weight loss is achieved by one-on-one weight loss counseling 3-4 times per week which includes weekly weigh-ins and required weight loss products.

Liberty Fitness & Weight Loss: Is a 30 minute circuit training program for women and consists of eight recovery stations and eight 6-level adjustable hydraulic machines. The weight loss program requires one-on-one counseling 1-2 times per week which includes weekly weigh-ins and required weight loss products.
